REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

JDS Beauty Enterprise does not discriminate in its instruction or certification policies on the basis of sex, age, race, color, religion, or ethnic origin. Our CE program requires that each individual registering in the Cosmetology courses provided must:

· Be a Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Manicurist, or Specialty licensed professional

· Be ready for a quick, affordable, and fast reporting course approved by TDLR!

GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

• We will provide continuing education courses of study that meets the minimum requirements as prescribed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
• We will grant a Certificate of course completion for the applicable course when the licensee has successfully completed all required 4 hours of continuing education topics.
• We will submit to TDLR, on the appropriate department-approved form, a course completion report no later than seven days after the course completion date.
• We agree to pay applicable provider and state fees and provide all required course paperwork in a timely manner.
• We agree to comply with all Standards of Conduct, General Policies, State Laws and Regulations, and educational requirements. 

REFUND POLICY – NOTICE OF CANCELLATION 

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds are only considered for the following reasons:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect course purchases within JDS Beauty Enterprise

For a refund to be considered:

• The purchase transaction did not occur more than 14 days previous.
• No section of the course has been reviewed or studied.
• If applicable to the course, the test has not been started.
• A certificate was not issued for the recent purchase in dispute.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Failure to pass quizzes, final exam or any other in-course assessment requirements within the allotted attempts (per course guidelines);
• Failure to pass identity validation requirements (including biometrics, security questions or any other required methods, per course guidelines);
• Course expirations (per course guidelines);
• Expedited processing or mailing of certificates once the requested expedite been fulfilled as promised;

If the above requirements are met, you must submit your request in writing (via e-mail) within 14 days of purchase along with proof of purchase and an explanation for the refund to [email protected].

CE Course Availability

JDS Beauty Enterprise is a Cosmetology online continuing education course program that is available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to include holidays, and can be completed at your own pace within the expiration date of course once started. Once you start the course, it will be available for up to one year. Once you complete the course, your Certificate of Completion will be good for one year.
